Universal vertical cutter/melter/cooker with vacuum system. The main product bowl is double jacketed for cooling or heating and has 3 built in ports for injecting steam or water directly into the bowl. Vacuum connection and over pressure valve on the lid. PT-100 sensor in the bowl. Pneumatic outfeed valve. The main lid has 3 clamps, manual tightening. 2 Agitators: 1 scraper agitator (25 rpm) and 1 mixer knife with a main motor of 18,5/15 kW, 2900/1420 rpm, 380 Volt, 50 Hz. Pressure in bowl / vacuum -1 /+ 1,5 bar. Max temperature: 127 °C. Including freestanding control panel. Documentation available.
