The STEPHAN Vacutherm System is a compact process unit. The flexible system produces a wide range of food product. Several process steps are combined in one machine. These are mixing under vacuum, direct heating by steam injection, deaerating. Products can be processed hot as well as cold. The outfeed of product is by tipping (no outfeed valve or slide). Slow turning scrape surface agitator-mixer. 4x Steam injection nozzles in the bottom. Drum is single jacketed and has a lifting arm to feed the ingredients by mobile trolleys, set of steam valves. Total dimensions: 3 x 1,7 x 2,20 mtr.
